What you will do

• Design, implement, and structure scalable test automation frameworks for backend services.
• Plan and develop comprehensive test scenarios and cases based on minimal documentation.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Conduct technical reviews of test frameworks to ensure engineering excellence.
• Evaluate and pragmatically integrate AI-powered tools for test generation and coverage analysis.
• Collaborate within a consulting mindset to deliver modern applications for diverse global clients.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in software test automation.
• Strong proficiency in Java and familiarity with the Spring framework.
• Proven experience with RestAssured and backend test automation.
• Solid understanding of the SDLC and CI/CD processes (Jenkins).
• Must be based in the EU region and hold a valid work permit.
• Practical experience using AI assistants like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code to improve delivery quality.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing structured GenAI workflows and prompt patterns within the SDLC.
• Interest in agent-based workflows and AI-augmented development practices.
