Location: Must be based in Bratislava, Slovakia. Hybrid role: 2-3 days/week in the office is mandatory.

Salary: From €3,000 gross.

What you will do

• Rearchitect and create new product versions using modern technologies.
• Integrate product tech stacks into a unified platform.
• Implement a new programming language, including syntax, semantics, and core libraries.
• Develop compiler front-end and back-end components like parsers and optimizers.
• Optimize performance, memory management, and concurrency models.
• Develop toolchains including linters, debuggers, and build systems.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Bratislava, Slovakia.
• Work format: Hybrid (2-3 days/week in office required).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in GIT version control.
• Solid understanding of compiler design, ASTs, type systems, and optimization techniques.
• Strong command of English for daily communication.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with C, C++, or Rust.
• Experience with high-level languages like Python or C#.
• Experience with Docker.
• Experience with LLVM, GCC, or other compiler frameworks.
• Knowledge of mobile-specific features and APIs.
