What you will do

• Develop marketing and brand communication assets including digital ads, SMM, emails, and POSM.
• Create illustrations for the blog, product pages, and mobile app using AI tools.
• Analyze design performance and generate improvement hypotheses with channel owners.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative syncs.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to produce visual ideas for viral posts and campaigns.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in communication design, preferably in-house on the product side.
• Excellent command of Figma, Adobe products, and AI creative tools like Krea, NanoBanana, and Recraft.
• Understanding of design layouts for online and offline channels across the marketing funnel.
• Ability to work a 5-day week, Sunday to Thursday, in the GMT+3 timezone.

Nice to have

• Hands-on skills in motion design and 3D creation.
