Location: Remote within Ukraine, or at offices in Kharkiv or Lviv

What you will do

• Create animations for gameplay mechanics, accounting for timing and speed requirements.
• Produce cutscene animations with a focus on composition and acting.
• Develop unique character animations for menus, interfaces, customization, and reward screens.
• Build and optimize basic humanoid rigs within the limits of the game engine.
• Improve and refine existing animations and rigs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar game development role.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, dynamic anatomy, posing, and body mechanics.
• Experience creating game rigs and using mGear.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Maya.
• English: Pre-intermediate level or higher.
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unity (importing animations, Animator Controller, Blend Trees).
• Basic experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Artistic and acting skills.
