What you will do

• Participate in the full development lifecycle of innovative applications.
• Collaborate on requirement analysis and solution design.
• Develop test cases and manage production deployments.
• Diagnose incidents and maintain application modules.
• Integrate AI-driven tools for code generation, refactoring, and documentation.
• Optimize developer productivity through SDLC automation and AI best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Software Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Camunda.
• Experience with API REST definition and consumption.
• English: C1 required.
• Spanish: C1 required.
• Proven ability to leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT).

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization (Openshift, Docker) and DevOps frameworks.
• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture and AWS.
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle) and Hibernate.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
