TL;DR

Implementation Manager (SaaS): Managing end-to-end enterprise rollouts for a product development platform with an accent on cross-functional coordination, stakeholder accountability, and migration strategy. Focus on building repeatable implementation frameworks, managing complex technical workstreams, and ensuring successful go-live transitions for large-scale customers.

Location: Must be based in North America (EST time zone preferred).

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end implementation plans for enterprise customers, including timelines, milestones, and risk management.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering to manage the handoff from deal close to go-live.
  • Coordinate technical workstreams such as SSO/SCIM, integrations, and migration readiness across customer and internal teams.
  • Develop and execute persona-based training plans in partnership with Customer Education.
  • Track adoption and triage issues during the first 30 days post-launch before transitioning to the CSM.
  • Build and document a repeatable implementation playbook to scale enterprise services.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in implementation management, technical program management, or enterprise onboarding at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record managing multi-workstream, multi-stakeholder enterprise rollouts, preferably for 1,000+ user deployments.
  • Deep fluency with structured project management methodologies.
  • Strong executive communication skills, capable of managing steering committees and VP-level updates.
  • Experience defining and enforcing services scope and managing scope creep.
  • Must be based in North America.
