What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery outcomes across defined programs, including model definition and project coordination.
• Make commercial trade-off decisions regarding scope, cost, and timelines within contractual boundaries.
• Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve cross-project risks and dependencies.
• Provide functional leadership, coaching, and quality oversight to junior Delivery Managers.
• Lead formal change processes to maintain delivery integrity while accommodating necessary scope adjustments.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in delivery or project management.
• Deep knowledge of program-level delivery governance frameworks and execution patterns.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and technical dependencies.
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise data integration models (e.g., SMTP, SFTP).
• Ability to apply commercial judgment to program economics and resourcing decisions.
