What you will do

• Own the end-to-end movement, storage, and productization of high-volume data.
• Manage event-driven and CDC ingestion streams from product engineering services into the data lake.
• Architect and maintain the lakehouse infrastructure using Parquet, Trino, and modern table formats.
• Develop and optimize the serving and cache tier to support customer-facing analytics at production scale.
• Implement governed data sharing and reverse-ETL pipelines to deliver data to external and internal systems.
• Establish data contracts, schema governance, and entitlement controls to ensure data security and quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and operating customer-facing data products under strict SLAs.
• Deep expertise in high-volume data movement including CDC, stream processing (Flink), and batch ingestion.
• Strong understanding of schema registries, evolution, and breaking-change handling.
• Fluent in Parquet, Trino, Kafka, and lakehouse platforms like Snowflake or Databricks.
• Experience with throughput and cost engineering at scale.
• Solid product and governance instincts regarding multi-tenancy, row-level entitlements, and data classification.

• Experience in financial data, capital markets, or market-intelligence products.
