What you will do

• Lead adversary simulations, purple-team exercises, and red-team engagements based on real-world TTPs.
• Partner with SOC, Engineering, and IT teams to translate offensive findings into actionable detection content and architectural improvements.
• Develop and validate threat detections using SIEM, EDR, and security analytics platforms.
• Perform penetration testing, security architecture reviews, and application security assessments.
• Create custom tooling, automation, and proof-of-concept exploits to emulate advanced adversary behavior.
• Serve as a technical leader by mentoring team members and communicating risk to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in information security.
• 3+ years of experience in offensive security, red teaming, pentesting, or detection engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
• Experience in a regulated sector and familiarity with gas/utilities business processes.
• Ability to work onsite in Tulsa, OK.

Nice to have

• OSCP (OffSec Certified Professional) certification.
• GPEN (GIAC Penetration Tester) certification.
• CISSP certification.
• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) environments and industrial control systems.
