What you will do

• Partner with customer leadership to identify, quantify, and report on productivity and financial value targets.
• Oversee end-to-end operations and delivery for strategic customer programs.
• Design and implement operating and delivery models for agentic AI integration.
• Manage large-scale onboarding and rollout to thousands of engineers.
• Build and empower centers of excellence within client accounts through tailored enablement.
• Maintain strong relationships and trust with senior and functional leaders through consistent delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in Riyadh, Doha, or Dubai
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer (intern or full-time).
• 3-5 years of experience at a Big 3 strategy consulting firm with a focus on technology strategy and value realization.
• Proven track record in building and expanding complex client relationships.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a startup.
• Background as a Technical Account Manager or Solutions Engineer.
• Experience as a startup founder or early-stage employee at a high-growth company.
