What you will do

• Develop internal data and API layers to make business data actionable for AI agents.
• Shift the organization from traditional reporting to automated, AI-pushed insights.
• Own the unified semantic layer to ensure a single source of truth across all departments.
• Lead and upscale the data analyst function into AI solution builders using modern tooling.
• Manage core analytical frameworks for key business metrics including pipeline, conversion, and retention.
• Serve as a strategic data thought-partner to the executive team to align strategy with business priorities.

Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience in data, analytics, or BI with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
• Deep expertise in modern data stacks including Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, dbt, and BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Strong SQL fundamentals and experience with semantic layer design and metric governance at scale.
• Proven experience with AI/LLM applications and the development of agentic workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to build and transform teams in PLG or GTM-heavy SaaS environments.
• Ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authority.
