Location: Hybrid working, must be based in or able to commute to London, Basingstoke, or Bristol (minimum 2 days per week in office)

Salary: £76,340 – £109,060 per annum

What you will do

• Design and develop algorithms for 3D positional and trajectory reconstruction from multi-camera 2D detections.
• Build computer vision components for detection, tracking, and calibration workflows across various sports.
• Optimize and deploy algorithms onto embedded NVIDIA Jetson hardware for real-time edge performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure reliable production outputs.
• Influence technical architecture and provide guidance on complex engineering challenges.
• Validate reconstructed trajectories against real-world scenarios and handle coverage gaps.

Requirements

• Extensive commercial experience in Computer Vision with strong applied mathematics and physical modelling skills.
• Expertise in trajectory estimation, motion reconstruction, or 2D-to-3D reconstruction problems.
• Strong C++ development experience.
• Experience with camera-based data sources, tracking pipelines, or spatial/temporal datasets.
• Ability to work with ambiguity in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Python experience for prototyping and tooling.
• Experience deploying or optimizing for embedded/edge GPU hardware (NVIDIA Jetson).
• Working knowledge of Machine Learning techniques.
