What you will do

• Develop and implement internal IT policies, standards, and procedures aligned with governance frameworks.
• Monitor and report on cybersecurity KPIs, including patch compliance and incident response metrics.
• Perform regular cybersecurity risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIST.
• Design and execute security awareness training and simulation campaigns.
• Review and monitor the security posture of third-party vendors handling critical data.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in IT GRC, IT Risk Assessment, or IT Security.
• Must be able to communicate accurately and concisely in English.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience in a multinational environment is highly preferred.
