What you will do

• Coordinate with external service providers and regulatory bodies for onboarding and communication.
• Draft and review standard legal documents, including NDAs and service agreements.
• Manage corporate governance, entity maintenance, and statutory registers across various jurisdictions.
• Handle incorporation processes and support KYB (Know Your Business) due diligence.
• Support compliance and risk management initiatives through regulatory filings and policy reviews.
• Conduct legal research and monitor compliance deadlines across jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 2+ years of post-qualification experience in a legal, corporate, or legal operations role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Greek.
• Experience in a fast-paced international environment, ideally within the iGaming industry.
• Proven ability to manage corporate and legal matters comprehensively.
