What you will do
- Lead and manage the ROC Sofia operational function to support global operational growth.
- Oversee the resource pool, including onboarding, training, and scheduling for casual and full-time staff.
- Manage the Sofia facility and technical infrastructure in coordination with Sony Facilities and building management.
- Contribute to the global Remote Operations strategy and share best practices across worldwide hubs.
- Implement AI and automation initiatives to accelerate the adoption and impact of ROC Sofia operations.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Bulgarian (strong communication and stakeholder management skills).
- Proven experience in highly organized planning with a structured and efficient approach.
- Ability to thrive in a reactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of operational models and service standards.
- Must be based in and work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.
