What you will do

• Support new Flight Crew with logistical arrangements and onboarding matters.
• Assist Flight Crew during onboarding by monitoring workflows and handling communication.
• Liaise internally and externally to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
• Support the onboarding team with daily operational tasks, including reports and document control.
• Perform various ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

Requirements

• Active student status for at least the next 2 semesters.
• Availability to work 30 hours per week.
• Native or near-native English proficiency (spoken & written).
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, positive, and problem-solving mindset.
