Location: Hybrid (Kraków, Poland). In-office expectation of at least 50% of the time monthly (typically 3 days a week).

Salary: zł 320,000 – zł 360,000 per annum

What you will do

• Lead and design large-scale web and mobile architectures.
• Manage complex team-level projects from ideation to delivery, including requirement definition and task distribution.
• Develop integrations with local payment systems and regional Identity verification services.
• Build and evolve fraud prevention systems to protect customers and ensure safe transfers at scale.
• Collaborate across engineering, marketing, and product teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.
• Elevate technical standards by mentoring engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and pairing sessions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building features used by millions of users.
• Proficiency in backend languages such as Java, Kotlin, or Golang.
• Expertise in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and React Native, including Server-Side Rendering.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Git.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with Product Managers and Designers.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Kraków office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Commercial experience with native app development.
• Experience working in a corporate web/mobile environment with high-scale systems.
• Experience with payment systems integration (e.g., Blik, Bizum).
• Experience with identity verification vendors such as GBG, Taktile, or Onfido.
