What you will do

  • Monitor evolving regulatory requirements, specifically for the Swedish market and SGA, assessing their business impact.
  • Maintain compliance with Swedish licensing, including regulatory reporting, documentation, and operational follow-ups.
  • Draft and maintain internal policies for licensing, AML, and Responsible Gaming.
  • Manage regulatory documentation and ensure reports are submitted accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support, Operations, and Training teams on AML and Responsible Gaming initiatives.
  • Assist with internal/external audits and manage due diligence requests from third parties.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in compliance, regulatory, AML, or Responsible Gaming roles within the iGaming industry.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Malta (Sliema).
  • Strong understanding of AML, Responsible Gaming, and regulatory reporting.
  • Experience with regulated European gaming markets (SGA exposure is highly desirable).
  • Ability to handle complex regulatory documentation and strict deadlines.
  • Confident communication skills for interacting with internal teams and regulatory bodies.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to KSA, DGOJ, Ontario, or other regulated gaming jurisdictions.
