What you will do
- Draft and negotiate key commercial contracts with customers and suppliers.
- Provide strategic commercial support to the global business.
- Advise on IP, data protection, corporate, and employment law.
- Handle dispute resolution and corporate matters.
- Analyze complex commercial issues and present succinct solutions to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years PQE.
- Proven experience in complex commercial transactions and strategic advice.
- Expertise in IP, corporate, or dispute resolution.
- Strong academic background and private practice training.
- Must be based in the Malta office.
