What you will do

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to supplier API connections.
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal tech/non-tech teams and external suppliers regarding connectivity.
• Support internal teams in bookability, product mapping, and inventory management.
• Identify and suggest improvements to internal tools and workflows.
• Collaborate with developers to report and prioritize connection issues.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on supplier systems, processes, and features.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a similar operations or integration role.
• Basic understanding of troubleshooting API integrations.
• Basic ability to analyze and interpret data to identify issues.
• Familiarity with internal tools such as Jira and Kustomer.
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Must be living in the Netherlands.
