What you will do

• Own the operational delivery of KYC, EDD, and ODD programs to ensure they meet regulatory standards and internal quality thresholds.
• Define and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and decision frameworks for review teams.
• Oversee the performance of outsourced review agents through regular quality checks, calibration sessions, and feedback loops.
• Lead audit preparation for KYC and due diligence programs, ensuring all evidence packs and process records are audit-ready.
• Identify process gaps or quality degradation and escalate findings with clear impact assessments to management.
• Translate product launches and regulatory changes into updated operational processes and communicate them to outsourced teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in KYC operations, including direct exposure to EDD and ODD in regulated financial services or crypto.
• Solid understanding of AML/KYC regulatory requirements, ideally under FCA or equivalent frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing outsourced or third-party review teams, including quality assurance.
• Ability to write precise process documentation for non-expert reviewers to follow consistently.
• Experience preparing for or participating in internal or external compliance audits.
• Must be based in the Philippines.

Nice to have

• Experience with crypto or fintech products.
• Hands-on experience with KYC operations and IDV solutions across EMEA, US, and Africa jurisdictions.
