What you will do

• Manage end-to-end payment recovery and high-volume collection outreach via email and phone.
• Lead the recovery process for platform orders and service invoices, escalating to agencies when necessary.
• Analyze customer payment behavior to identify pain points and drive improvements to the payment experience.
• Collaborate with Tech, Product, Data, CX, and Logistics teams to scale payment and recovery processes.
• Identify and assess fraud risks within payment flows and develop scalable detection and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Degree from a Business or Engineering School or equivalent.
• Fluent French and a very good level of English (written and spoken).
• Confidence and directness in phone communication with retailers and brands.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Paris, France.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in debt collection, recovery, or payment-related roles.
• Understanding of B2B payment processes and credit management.
• Familiarity with payment platforms or financial tools.
• Experience using AI tools to drive process improvements.
