What you will do

• Administer and support enterprise AI platforms, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Design, develop, and manage AI-powered agents and business automations using approved enterprise knowledge sources.
• Deploy and configure Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to enable secure integration between AI platforms and enterprise systems.
• Manage API integrations, authentication mechanisms, and secure access using OAuth and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Collaborate with Information Security to implement AI governance, security controls, and data protection measures.
• Promote AI adoption across the organization through documentation, workshops, and user training.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Systems Engineering, Platform Engineering, or IT Integration.
• Hands-on experience with M365 technologies, including Entra ID, Intune, and SharePoint.
• Practical experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Claude, or Gemini.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform connectors, and OAuth.
• Scripting proficiency in Python or PowerShell for automation and administration.

Nice to have

• Experience working within multi-model enterprise AI environments.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI governance, compliance, and security best practices.
• Experience supporting AI adoption initiatives through user enablement.
