AI Systems Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Limassol, Nicosia, Athens, or Thessaloniki

What you will do

• Administer, maintain, and support enterprise AI platforms including ChatGPT Enterprise, OpenAI Platform, Anthropic Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and third-party AI services.
• Design, deploy, monitor, optimize, and retire AI agents and business automations using OpenAI, Copilot Studio, AWS Agent Core, and Power Automate.
• Develop and maintain enterprise connectors integrating Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, Google Workspace API, ChatGPT Custom Apps, and similar systems.
• Deploy and support Model Context Protocol servers, API integrations, authentication mechanisms, OAuth, SSO, and service accounts.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to identify use cases and deliver AI solutions that improve business processes.
• Support AI governance, security, compliance, licensing, capacity planning, adoption analytics, documentation, workshops, and user training.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Platform Engineering, Enterprise Applications, IT Integration, or a similar role.
• Hands-on administration experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access, and SharePoint.
• Practical experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform connectors, OAuth, SSO, AI agents, automations, and MCP servers.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot, AWS Bedrock, AI governance, DLP, sensitivity labels, compliance frameworks, Jira or ServiceNow integrations, PowerShell, or Python.

Nice to have

• Experience in multi-model enterprise AI environments.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI governance, compliance, security, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience supporting AI adoption through user training and enablement.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale AI platform administration and operations.
