What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to lead technical engagements and create strong value propositions throughout the sales cycle.
• Analyze customer business requirements to identify potential automation opportunities.
• Design and demonstrate high-level solutions tailored to client environments and strategic challenges.
• Drive product adoption via events, seminars, webinars, and technical training.
• Collaborate with Customer Delivery and Professional Services teams to implement realized solutions.
• Support marketing initiatives through evangelism, including writing blogs and speaking at industry events.

Requirements

• Based in Dubai, UAE.
• Fluent written and spoken English & Arabic is mandatory.
• Experience in a customer-facing, account management, or strategic consulting organization.
• Technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies.
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working with hirify.global or other automation platforms.
• Experience working with Test Automation tools.
