What you will do

• Define and own the strategic technical direction for the base platform, including Kubernetes, networking, and persistence layers.
• Lead and mentor a team of platform and software engineers to build and operate enterprise-scale infrastructure.
• Drive the adoption of GitOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Establish and uphold SLOs and SLIs to ensure platform reliability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Program Management to align platform evolution with product strategy.
• Act as the primary technical voice for the platform, ensuring high engineering standards and code quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in IT, Software Engineering, or Computer Science is essential.
• Proven hands-on engineering experience designing and operating cloud-native platforms at scale.
• Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes, including cluster architecture and operational reliability.
• Strong experience with major public cloud providers (AWS preferred).
• Deep command of GitOps, Terraform, and CI/CD automation practices.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage technical priorities in a fast-paced environment.
