FP&A Analyst (Finance)

What you will do

• Develop and implement cost control measures to detect risks and deviations against the budget.
• Perform robust analysis of P/L, costs, and expenses to identify inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Support month-end closing and provide variance analysis between actuals and plans to iterate on forecasts.
• Develop and maintain financial models for annual budgeting and ad-hoc planning.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reporting to provide insights on business performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Business, or Quantitative fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Cost-control, or FP&A.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
• Understanding of financial systems, specifically SAP and Excel.
• Must be based in Jakarta for on-site work.
