What you will do

• Design and own end-to-end LLM systems, from understanding user intent to planning multi-step trips and invoking booking services.
• Translate open-ended product problems into concrete ML and LLM designs for production.
• Balance quality, latency, cost, and reliability within real-world booking flows at scale.
• Partner with product, engineering, and leadership to drive technical trade-offs and product direction.
• Ship and iterate on system behavior based on real-world production feedback.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on Data Science experience in modeling, feature engineering, statistics, and experimentation.
• Experience building and operating production LLM systems (e.g., RAG, tool/agent orchestration, context/memory management).
• Strong focus on evaluation, testing, and iteration of AI models.
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort operating in open-ended problem spaces.
• Must be based in or eligible to relocate to Singapore.
