🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level scale-up consultant, growth strategist, or strategy consultant.
• Based in the EU or UK and eligible to work there.
• Several years scaling organizations, market analysis, operational improvement, team building, or stakeholder management.
• Strong ability to assess growth reasoning and distinguish theoretical vs practical.
• Comfortable working independently with structured, critical feedback.
• Available for 8–20 hours per week with near-term availability.
