TL;DR
Product Manager (Web3/Staking): Translating complex PoS blockchain logic into B2B asset management workflows for institutional wallets with an accent on PoS consensus mechanisms, MPC multi-signature architecture, and cross-functional delivery. Focus on managing the integration pipeline for high-value blockchains and designing high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
Location: Taiwan, Taipei (Onsite or Remote)

What you will do
- Manage the full product lifecycle for Institutional Staking and Yield products.
- Translate complex PoS consensus mechanisms into intuitive B2B workflows.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between R&D infrastructure teams, frontend developers, and QA.
- Oversee the integration and productization of high-value blockchains such as ETH, SOL, SUI, and AVAX.
- Deliver rigorous PRDs and independently create high-fidelity UI/UX prototypes in Figma.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of Product Management experience in tech or Web3.
- Experience with B2B asset management platforms, wallet applications, or complex backend systems.
- High proficiency in Figma for delivering complete interactive prototypes.
- Technical intuition regarding API calls and JSON structures.
- Ability to effectively prioritize parallel tracks and manage stakeholder alignment.
Nice to have
- Deep understanding of PoS staking economics and governance mechanisms.
- Experience with multi-chain wallet integrations or Smart Contract/DApp logic.
- Educational background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or STEM.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
