Software Engineer, Data Infrastructure & Acquisition (Python/GCP): Building and scaling data ingestion pipelines for large-scale audio datasets with an accent on cloud infrastructure and cost optimization. Location: Kharkiv, Ukraine
What you will do
- Build and manage large-scale datasets.
- Develop and extend cloud infrastructure for data ingestion pipelines.
- Identify and ingest new audio data sources into the pipeline.
- Optimize cost, throughput, and quality of data processing.
- Collaborate on the overall dataset roadmap.
- Operate and maintain ingestion pipeline infrastructure.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and Bash.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Docker.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Experience with web crawling and data processing.
- Degree in Engineering or Science (Bachelor, Master, or PhD).
