TL;DR

Senior Commercial Vendor Manager (iGaming): Managing and optimizing partnerships with casino content providers to generate incremental revenue with an accent on contract negotiation and commercial strategy. Focus on improving margins, identifying new gaming vendors, and aligning product features with market needs.

Location: Hybrid (Sliema, Malta). Hybrid work schedule available after first three months (up to 50 days WFH per year).

What you will do

  • Negotiate new contracts and proactively improve existing commercial terms with casino vendors.
  • Identify and onboard potential new gaming vendors to expand the product portfolio.
  • Analyze reporting data to identify usage trends and maximize business profitability.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure jurisdictional requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to secure organizational growth.
  • Keep product managers updated on new vendor features and releases.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in the casino B2B or B2C iGaming industry.
  • Proven track record in high-stakes commercial negotiations at a senior level.
  • Experience in building commercial plans and regional pricing strategies.
  • Strong professional network within the iGaming Casino industry.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Sliema, Malta to support the hybrid model.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and release management.
  • Exposure to marketing activities.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Analytical thinking and proactive, self-motivated attitude.
