What you will do

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation projects for ministries, agencies, and municipalities.
• Analyze customer workflows to identify high-impact AI efficiency opportunities.
• Educate and inspire users to effectively leverage the AI platform in daily operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and internal product teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Build trust-based relationships to drive long-term adoption and engagement.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience at top consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or in client-facing roles at fast-growing companies.
• Fluent Swedish and English language proficiency.
• Ability to explain technical concepts and constraints to non-technical audiences.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive outcomes.
• Understanding of organizational dynamics and decision-making processes.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Stockholm HQ.
