What you will do

• Develop and maintain accounting systems including Journal entries, GL, AR, and AP.
• Perform revenue reconciliation and monitor monthly project revenues and expenditures.
• Prepare profit and loss, cash flow, income, and balance sheet statements.
• Review and interpret financial reporting requirements and regulations.
• Manage month-end closing activities during the final week of each month.
• Maintain accurate records of assets, liabilities, and financial transactions.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in accounting or finance is an advantage.
• Ability to work under time pressure and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-player attitude.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a hunger for professional growth.
• Location: Must be based in Slovakia for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Experience with IFRS/USGAAP standards.
