Senior Software Engineer for Reconcile & TradeLifeCycle (Fintech)

TL;DR

Senior Software Engineer (C#/.NET): Developing and supporting enterprise products for the Financial Instruments’ Life Cycle with an accent on C#, APL, and financial domain expertise. Focus on designing new features, implementing automated tests, and optimizing full-stack SOA architecture.

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (2 days in office, 3 days remote)

What you will do

• Write clean and maintainable C# code following established coding standards.
• Develop new features and debug existing functionality using APL.
• Design and implement comprehensive automated tests including E2E, API, and unit tests.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Technical Leads during feature analysis and implementation.
• Perform full-stack development covering both front-end and back-end (SOA).
• Proactively improve automation tools, frameworks, and team technical processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in C# (.NET or .NET Framework).
• M.Sc. in Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle or SQLite.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Git, TeamCity) and XP practices like TDD and pair-programming.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland in a hybrid model.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial domain, fintech, or derivatives (options, futures, swaps).
• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Experience working within a Scrum team.
