Senior Fullstack Engineer (Fintech): Building and maintaining high-performance, mission-critical crypto trading platforms with an accent on Java-based backend architecture and cloud-native AWS infrastructure. Location: Must be based in or able to work from Kraków, Poland (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Kraków, Poland
• Deep expertise in Java and backend architecture (microservices, event-driven systems).
• Proven track record of operating mission-critical, high-performance systems.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools as a force multiplier.
• Strong English communication skills for cross-functional, distributed teams.
• Commitment to engineering excellence including TDD, pairing, and code reviews.
