What you will do

• Manage quarterly social editorial calendars for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Produce and edit static and video content using Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.
• Manage brand communities by monitoring conversations and responding to engagement.
• Analyze social media performance and translate data into actionable insights.
• Integrate AI tools, including LLMs and image generators, into the content production workflow.
• Identify real-time cultural trends to create meaningful engagement opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in social media content creation within a digital or creative agency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and After Effects or equivalent software.
• Professional proficiency in Italian and English.
• Based in Milan or able to commute to the office 2-3 times per week.
• Ability to plan and manage content end-to-end, from strategy to reporting.
