What you will do

• Support the editing, publishing, and monitoring of articles across magazine, website, and social media platforms.
• Assist in the management of AD Italy social media pages.
• Participate in editorial meetings and contribute to all stages of content creation.
• Execute production requests for the magazine and photo shoots.
• Manage communications with external stakeholders on behalf of the editorial team.

Requirements

• Professional working fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong passion for the design and media industry.
• Excellent proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
• High-level organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Must be based in Milan, Italy.
