What you will do

• Manage the creditors function, including capturing invoices, accruals, and prepayments, and preparing weekly payments.
• Handle the debtors function by billing brand licenses and ensuring timely receipt of funds.
• Oversee intangible asset management, including recording transactions, running monthly amortisation, and preparing quarterly reports.
• Prepare income statement and balance sheet reconciliations with detailed analytical commentary.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual audit files and ensure strict adherence to SOX compliance.
• Draft process documentation and assist with testing new processes within Navision.

Requirements

• Relevant accounting qualification.
• Experience working with Navision or similar accounting systems.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive credit and criminal record check.
• Strong communication skills for effective internal and external coordination.
