What you will do

• Partner with the Country Leadership Team to develop and execute Croatia's commercial growth strategy.
• Assess market opportunities and build business cases to support investment and prioritization.
• Lead commercial planning, including forecasting, budgeting, target setting, and capacity planning.
• Develop commercial, headcount, productivity, and territory models to optimize resource allocation.
• Analyze commercial performance and recommend actions to improve growth and ROI.
• Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Product teams to translate strategy into execution.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, Business Analytics, FP&A, or Investment Banking.
• Proven experience supporting commercial or go-to-market organizations.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Business, or Data Analytics.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Zagreb, Croatia.

Nice to have

• Experience with various CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL.
