What you will do
- Create and manage customer invoices using QuickBooks Online.
- Perform accounts receivable follow-ups via phone and email.
- Process and track orders while coordinating with vendors and customers.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of financial and operational documents.
- Support general office tasks including data entry, scheduling, and email correspondence.
- Collaborate with the team to improve office efficiency and streamline workflows.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Dominican Republic
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
