What you will do

• Lead QA initiatives for Node.js, TypeScript, and React applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define acceptance criteria and establish quality gates.
• Develop and maintain test management processes, including detailed test cases and documentation.
• Create standardized testing playbooks and manage a centralized test index of all assets.
• Establish quality metrics and reporting to provide visibility into coverage and defect trends.
• Coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams and lead defect triage and resolution processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software quality engineering with a focus on manual testing.
• Strong expertise in test management platforms for execution tracking and reporting.
• Proficiency in API testing for RESTful and WebSocket APIs using tools like Postman or Newman.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud testing environments and containerized approaches.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies in fast-paced, iterative environments.
• Knowledge of web accessibility testing and compliance standards.
