What you will do

• Define and execute the comprehensive data & BI strategy and governance.
• Lead, grow, and structure a high-performing team of data and BI professionals.
• Modernize the data stack to ensure high data quality and AI readiness.
• Deliver scalable, business-oriented BI solutions to support Finance, HR, and Compliance.
• Guide architectural decisions and establish organization-wide data standards.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across the organization to position data as a strategic asset.

Requirements

• Experience transforming and structuring underperforming data environments.
• Background in data-intensive, regulated industries (e.g., banking, insurance, utilities).
• Proven track record of building and leading data teams and delivering impactful data products.
• Strong BI expertise with mandatory proficiency in Power BI, data modeling, and semantic layer design.
• Solid understanding of data engineering, including warehousing, pipelines, and AWS.
• Professional proficiency in both French and English is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with modern data stacks such as Medallion architecture, data mesh, or dbt.
• Awareness of AI/LLM data requirements, including RAG and vector-ready formats.
• Experience within the gaming industry.
