What you will do

• Lead product discovery and evolve digital products into scalable, user-friendly solutions.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to prioritize and deliver high-impact initiatives.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive data-informed product decisions.
• Design and execute experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses before scaling investments.
• Monitor success metrics and drive continuous optimization cycles for product performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager leading complex digital product initiatives.
• Expertise in defining, tracking, and improving product and business metrics.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments with technical and design stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with operational execution.
• Must be based in Brazil.
