Location: Must be based in the US and work onsite 4+ days per week in Bellevue, Los Angeles, New York, Palo Alto, San Francisco, or Seattle.

What you will do

• Create and refine high-performance mobile applications that push the limits of mobile technology.
• Design, architect, and implement well-tested Objective-C software for hirify.global’s camera.
• Collaborate with the Design team to hone UI and infrastructure practices.
• Utilize AI tools to design and ship scalable services while maintaining high standards for correctness and security.
• Conduct code reviews to guarantee production-ready quality.
• Conceptualize, develop, and launch new features for the platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of post-Bachelor’s software development experience (or 1+ year with a Master’s degree).
• Proven understanding of Objective-C Runtime and OS internals.
• Strong CS fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, and multithreading.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for development with critical judgment for architectural integrity.
• Must be able to work onsite 4+ days per week in a designated US office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Swift and C/C++.
• Knowledge of OpenGL or Metal.
• Experience optimizing for low-power and mobile systems.
