What you will do

• Architect and design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business needs and industry standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, product owners, and domain architects to deliver well-architected solutions.
• Participate in the architectural board to review and govern group practices.
• Lead the creation of technical documentation including physical, logical, and functional designs.
• Collaborate with development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle to ensure design integrity.
• Maintain subject matter expertise on existing systems, integrations, and services within the ecosystem.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
• Professional English proficiency required for technical reasoning and stakeholder communication.
• Extensive experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservice architecture patterns.
• Strong knowledge of Java enterprise systems, Spring Boot, and modern DevOps methods.
• Experience with architectural modeling tools such as C4, ArchiMate, or UML.
• Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment with willingness for international interaction.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Banking or FinTech industry.
• Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and policy matters regarding systems design.
• Experience with Oracle Database systems and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Public Cloud environments.
