What you will do

• Monitor technology systems performance to proactively detect and address potential issues.
• Execute incident detection protocols and coordinate response efforts for service disruptions.
• Implement recovery procedures to restore normal operations efficiently.
• Collaborate with technology teams to improve service desk operations and incident management processes.
• Maintain detailed incident records and contribute to the development of knowledge bases and FAQs.
• Provide technology service desk support to ensure efficient resolution of inquiries.

Requirements

• Must be based in Taipei, Taiwan
• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of professional experience in IT technology operations and support.
• Proficiency in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical thinking.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Technical knowledge in application development, systems engineering, network administration, or database management.
