What you will do

• Represent Materials and Supplier Engineering on the Product Core Team.
• Develop and drive supplier sourcing strategies in collaboration with Commodity Management.
• Create and maintain program timelines, milestones, and Gantt charts.
• Lead design change management and qualification processes.
• Manage PCBA contract manufacturers to ensure supply support and ramp readiness.
• Drive gap analysis, risk mitigation, and issue resolution across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical and critical thinking abilities with a proactive approach.
• Prior experience in program or project management and/or purchasing.
• Knowledge of PCBA processes is an advantage.
