Product Manager (AdTech)

TL;DR

Product Manager (AdTech): Overseeing the product lifecycle for technology supporting ad sales and marketing campaign execution with an accent on linear and digital convergence. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey (Hybrid role with intermittent on-site collaboration).

Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Drive the strategic direction and product roadmap for ad sales and marketing delivery tools.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and design solutions.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including defect identification, vendor coordination, and implementation.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure product performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to streamline campaign execution workflows.
• Provide systems support and troubleshoot issues to meet established SLAs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Ad Sales, traffic, or promo scheduling.
• Deep knowledge of the pitch-to-pay lifecycle, including order fulfillment and delivery reconciliation.
• Experience with ad sales stack and marketing execution platforms.
• Technical background in system integrations and ad tech troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work on-site in Englewood Cliffs, NJ as needed.
