What you will do

• Edit and produce paid social video ads optimized for performance on Meta, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Analyze metrics such as CTR, CVR, hook rate, and thumb-stop rate to inform creative decisions.
• Collaborate with performance and creative strategy teams to translate data insights into effective visual content.
• Maintain Maven’s distinctive brand voice while staying competitive with industry trends.
• Test, analyze, and pivot creative strategies rapidly based on performance data.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States to align with business operations.
• Portfolio demonstrating both aesthetic range and measurable performance results.
• Fluency in DTC creative strategy and ecommerce principles.
• Ability to commit to 20 hours per week for a 3-month contract.
• Experience thriving in fast-paced, 0-to-1 environments.
• Strong ability to incorporate feedback and meet tight deadlines.
