What you will do

• Improve and maintain IT service management (ITSM) policies, processes, and procedures.
• Execute and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure process compliance.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams on process improvement and quality control initiatives.
• Coordinate process deployment and implementation activities across customer environments.
• Develop and enhance ITSM process solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
• Consolidate compliance data and prepare detailed reports for management review.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT standard processes and ITIL.
• Proficiency in both English and Thai is required.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management tools and infrastructure/application management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Visio.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Certification from an IT process institution (e.g., ITIL or ISO20000).
